Featuring some of the finest west coast jazz players, This fine album is a chronicle of an ongoing weekly jazz workshop. Mostly original compositions, with a salute to Monk, this album is a swinging and soulful throughout. Russtown is a standout duo track featuring the great Scott Peterson, and Noel Jewkes contributes a beautiful tenor sax solo on You Must Believe in Spring. We can't wait for Steve's next album!
