After listening to just a few of these tracks, I had to buy the CD! What a uniquely amazing voice. She pours out warm, succulent, and sultry vocals over delicious ballads with warm catchy hooks and gourmet melodies… the kind that stick with you and you hum throughout the day.  
The whole album is like a vibrant narrative through the journey of life. Good times and special memories, love and budding romance, personal doubt and absolution, social commentary and even some humor in the form of a solid, Jazzy good old fashioned spite in Hands Off. 
A truly amazing work of Art.

I can honestly say that this is one of my new favorite CD's. 
Ruca has a voice that just makes my heart smile. When I listen to it from track to track, no matter how many times through, I feel refreshed every single time. It's about time someone like this came along. The whole rock, folky, pop vibe I get from it is amazing. "Idk" blows my mind for some odd reason. Not sure why, but I believe the guitar accompaniment in the background helps. It's almost a theraputic album. Just listening to the lyrics is enough, but the music only makes it better. Ruca has a really fresh sound to me and I'm too excited for this to finally be out!
