Rudy Peirce, MA, a certified yoga teacher since 1982, is a perennial student of the yoga of life. He is devoted to approaching the practice of yoga as an exploration. Dedicated to making yoga accessible to those who may feel they are inflexible, weak, broken or over-the-hill, he offers Gentle Yoga programs regularly at Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA and yoga vacations to Costa Rica and Tuscany. A faculty member of the Kripalu School of Yoga, he has been a yoga teacher trainer since 1988.

The intention of Gentle II is to provide a new and varied sequence of movements and poses to students who have tried and enjoyed Gentle I. It will support students in developing their practice, increase flexibility and strength in new areas of the body, and expand their breath capacity.
