I am singer, songwriter and musician from Glasgow, Scotland and have been in the USA for 4 years. I perform a wide range of songs in nightclubs and bars around Florida on a nightly basis. I have been entertaining professionally for 12 years, first being the front man for a very successful Virgin Records showcase band in Scotland, then performing in various stage musicals in Britain, with roles such as Benjamin in the Andrew Lloyd Webber production of 'Joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat' and Seymour in 'The little shop of horrors'. Following a brief taste of success in the UK I decided to pack a suitcase and board a plane to the US, otherwise known as the land of opportunity, to pursue a solo music career in May 2003. I regularly perform to packed venues across the Tampa Bay area and recently played in Nashville at The Stage On Broadway and Kickers' Club. (You can visit my website @ www.rusandersonmusic.com for a list of dates and places to catch me live).
My debut album "Cheers" is a series of short tales about the times of a young Scottish kid making the move to the United States. Enjoy!!

Cheers

I have listened to the whole album, and I think Cheers is a masterpiece!!! These CD Baby tracks only play a portion of each song missing out on some amazing talent that is very moving at the end of some of the songs! Such as Don't Sress and Cheers! This album is worth every penny! If anything it's priced too low!

Sounds very American disagree with the Brit pop mention here. Reminds me of Jason Mraz meets
Fastball. Wish he had more tracks. Appreciate the effort though.
