Rusticalia is the recording project of Jesse Osmun, who hopes to one day play his songs live when he settles down. Jesse started playing in 1998, but only recently decided to get serious about writing and recording songs. He draws inspiration from life, literature, and spirituality to create simple but elegant tunes. He currently lives in Connecticut.
He would like to thank:
John Kaplan, Banjo on Foot Of My Bed
Jeff Nix, Lap Steel on Passengers, Dobro on Hush
Olivia Chrestomanci, Backing Vox on To A Lover on The Road
Jeff Mahoney, Alto Flute on Rusted Tractor on Route 2
Will McCall - Piano on Rusted Tractor on Route 2
Jana Foley- Flute on Selah
Keith J Fuller- Garritan Virtual Violin on Selah
Gerald Grech- Virtual Cello on Selah
I am forever grateful for their help in composing for this album!
This album is a culmination of life experiences that transferred to long hours at the guitar, transferring thoughts and feelings to the raw, honest songs that became this album.

Amazing
author: Trilobite2
I've loved Rusticalia's music since the very first time I heard it. Quiet and powerful. Sad and inspiring. The way he delivers the songs, it stimulates memories of places and people that might have been forgotten. Moments and realizations seemingly insignificant that become who we are. The concepts push you off balance yet comfort you. An amazing musical journey that leaves you feeling changed. -Trilobite2

Great Album
author: Gerald Grech
Rusticalia's music typifies his life experiences by the way of his music,a simplistic and beautiful approach to each song her writes. I have collaborated with him in the past and it is a real joy to work with him. This album I rate very high and recommend it to anybody who not only enjoys folk music, but wants to hear about a mans 'musical diary' of his life.
-Gerald Grech (Garni)
