Rusty Bladen has been rocking parties all around the Midwest, and now you can bring the party home with "Rockin' Your Houseparty". Recorded live at a party during the 2000 Houseparty Tour at the home studio of Toby Myers (John Mellencamp's bassist) near Bloomington, IN, this CD is the next best thing to seeing Rusty's live, solo show! Features live versions of many of Bladen's favorites, including "Blue Flannel Shirt", "Ride That River", and "Smoke Like A Train", as well as new songs such as "Uppacrik", "Karaoke King", and more.

This CD has ALL the great Rusty songs on it. There's no song on there that I don't like. I listen to the whole thing over and over.

Inside the live studio with roots rocker
Excellent representation of Rusty's live show, featuring an all-original perofrmance taped outside of Bloomington, Indiana. Highlights include "The Choice", "Wannabee" and fan favorite "Blue Flannel Shirt". Nice to hear the audience count off some of the songs and to hear a Midwest musician embracing the roots rock and roll genre with an un-retouched live album.

Excellent cd proving that accoustic isn't boring!
You can feel the energy of Rusty and the crowd throughout this great cd...a great sampling of Rusty's work and you can get an idea of what a great live performance he gives. This cd is one you can just hit repeat on and let it go and go...if you are a fan of great original music or just great music in general...this cd is for you!
