Rusty Cloud is a keyboardist/vocalist/composer-arranger who has toured and recorded as a sideman with Southside Johnny, Gary US Bonds, the Blues Brothers Band, Bo Diddley and many others. He has released CD's by his band S'killit, a duet CD with his wife, singer-songwriter Claire Cloud, and an instrumental collaboration with saxophonist Jiom Clouse, "Riverscapes". "Walkin' The Night" is his first solo CD, originally recorded in 1994. It features Rusty as lead vocalist, pianist-keyboardist and composer/arranger/producer. He is joined by friends and special guests ranging from his old boss Southside Johnny to jazz saxophone luminary Bob Mintzer. Other guest performers include "Blue Lou" Marini from the Blues Brothers" Band, several members of the current edition of the Asbury Jukes, Doobie Brothers and Steely Dan sideman Cornelius Bumpus, and many more.
