Album Notes

From the rockabilly world of Memphis to New York City's Greenwich Village Folk music revival and on to Nashville's legendary Ryman Auditorium, Rusty Evans carries the torch from Woody Guthrie to Johnny Cash. The release of "I'm Comin Home" in 2002 arrived at #2 on most played indie country artists on the European charts. The CD is highlighted by bright twangy telecaster lead guitar, while the hot rhythms smoke along the tracks. Seven of the tunes are Rusty's originals.
