Ruth McGinnis is an author, recording artist, wellness professional and ovarian cancer survivor, known for her beautiful violin music and inspirational storytelling. She is a Juilliard trained violinist, who crossed over to freer genres after moving to Nashville, TN in 1986, where she collaborated with prominent artists including Amy Grant, Michael W. Since 2000, Ruth has recorded a collection of instrumental CDs which reflect the long love affair she has had as an exquisite interpreter of melodies from seemingly disparate genres.
