Album Notes

RYSQUE™ was born in Dallas, Texas. She was brought up in a family of entertainers that motivated her 2 participate in dramatical, dance, literary & musical events. From age 3, she appeared in major radio/TV commercials 4 various company moguls. Growing up, RYSQUE™ wrote all of her life's experiences in her journal, which rewarded her a writing scholarship 2 college. She received her BBA, w/a minor in drama.

While developing her skills in the music/film industry, RYSQUE™ has a long list of credits attached. She has worked as a Rap-a-lot/Sing-a-lot Records songwriter under Bruce Tovall; has appeared in several movies, including but not limited 2, Riverbend, The Riff & others; started her own production company, KODA (Keepa of da Archives) Productions; worked w/platinum producers; co-produced & wrote songs w/her cousin, singer/songwriter & former Virgin artist, Mysti Day. In an effort 2 extend/solidify her skills, she returned 2 college--recv'd her master's degree in Bus. Mgmt. Thereafter, RYSQUE™ started her own independent record label, Archive Records LLC. This launched an emerging relationship w/multi-platinum artist/producer, Lil' Troy of Short Stop Records, Inc.

Due 2 perfect timing of Lil' Troy's development of his label's film division, RYSQUE™ was able 2 have creative input in 2 of his movies, & star in "Wanna Be A Baller". She appeared on legendary blues trumpeter, Calvin Owens, project titled, "Stop Lying In My Face," in which she rcv'd rave reviews 4 her performance. Some of her magazine credits includes the cover of Houston's ASQuest Magazine & Vibe Magazine. Major touring credits include the headline act 4 MN. Swingstock Festival (as seen on HBO's Real Sex #26), opening act shows 4 R&B/Hip-hop acts CO-ED, Ghetto Twins, Doracel, Twista & others.

When working on music, RYSQUE™ has always used her life experiences 2 accent her true creativity. Thus, captures her deep, "down-to-earth," innovative lyrics & infectious melodies. Based on dramatic/exotic events in her life, RYSQUE™ embarked on sharing those events w/the public by developing & producing her latest cd/film project, PeeP Show (A Freak's Dream). The film showcases the talents of nationally-known poet, Ghetto Girl Blue (Punany Poets), "Kitten" (Adult film star) along w/introductory cast members developed by RYSQUE™. The soundtrack showcases the comedic talents of nationally-known comedian, Shuckey Duckey (UniverSoul Circus), vocal talents of singer, Mysti Day (Deja)& the musical talents of platinum producers Swift (Luke, H-Town) & Floyd Butch Bonner (Johnnie Taylor, Gerald Levert).
