So……...a CD of music, improvisation, with Onomatopoeia. Finding my self on the creative edge of the moment, an exciting place to be. What is music? How does one make music? Always watching, listening, discovering, experimenting in the moment, what is a true sound for me to make that moment? How can it be New, a new expression, my own expression? …….have to get deep………………. to loose the familiar. To be true…….. To be Free…….total freedom (the inspiration for these pieces, and hopefully what flowed in the action of their creation)……in mind. Liberation (in the eastern sense). It means pure-being-in-the-moment, unfettered or unencumbered by artificial conditioning, patterns, habits, limiting structures, etc. Free to see Reality. Free to Create.
This music is expression of mind/Spirit/body/soul deeply living, deeply listening, thinking/feeling/experiencing on all levels of being. Looking to share, to touch, move, inspire, awaken, stimulate……….
Life! What a beautiful gift. What to do with it? Experience all I can, learn all I can through being/Being, become myself all I can, become empty and thus full of Love and G-d all I can, keep growing without bounds all I can, to experiment and be New all I can…….
Much Love to All… know this world, which has manifested before our eyes, is full of beauty. Look always for beauty. It is the poetics of the One….to point us to the one source…Inside/Universe/Everything……..the moving, dancing, vibrating, living Circle that we Are, ever changing…Never stop….. Dear ones….keep growing, flowing with what is, loving what is…Loving All……..Open up our hearts……….
Take much time to let the mind be Empty…….like the blue Sky (above) with a heart like the beaming radiating Sun. …. Be the sky…..no thoughts, no complication, no need to suffer(oh how we torture ourselves with thoughts!!!!!! Just say no!!!) ……return to your sky as much as possible…here we are Peace and may heal our selves/world (I'm seeing/experiencing/learning this lately!).

Fill Your Circle
There's only one circle. The Whole is a circle, Love is a circle. There is nowhere to go. There is no death, no beginning, no end. We must fill this circle, this one Being, with ourselves(we are really huge!). …to know the vastness of being and to free to be one's flavor of what that is. Paradoxically, we are the One circle each one and all together.
My Tribe
Tongue in cheek ……. Identifying with one's "tribe" could divide us from others. "Gregarious…….strength in numbers" …… for the great teacher Friedrick Nietzsche, the lonely one, the loving one, the enlightened one. We need to think/feel for ourselves, find our own way….not to look outside to the "tribe" for authority, or truth. But how nice to have a sanga……….
If You Lead Your Boys To War/Mama Love Your Child
War is such a horror, completely insane, unacceptable, uncivilized. It is unbelievable in this day that countries could go through all the time and great measures to produce such what? Something that should never be…… killing innocent people, children, destroying cultures and the environment. Beautiful people killed or maimed, in pain for the interest of a few. Singing from this place/pain/fear/insight. Mama love your child….give Love……..always. It is hard sometimes…. We can't be lazy. We have to stay on top of it and be for our children and their peace of mind, hearts, health, and well being. "Love your child……..don't let them go to war, you won't see them any more. Daddy make it stop!………..LOVE YOUR CHILD………"
Hot Water
When we loose faith in the knowing of our being, when we analyze, when we stop loving, when we stop feeling, when we stop being natural we are getting into hot water. Return to the body.
How Quickly We Play With All Being
We are careless with what is around us because we are insensitive and not paying attention. From a place of paying attention, loving and caring for all, being present to all, it will be difficult to hurt and destroy the earth, nature, each other, our relationship with G-d. To be empty and peaceful as much as possible is to nurture and improve all of Being.

Wordless word sounds, from who knows?…..an ancient place? Speaking in tongues? ….to destiny…….. a tongue unleashing energy, whipping the spirit of the heart, awakening. Listen to the changes….Dance ……. Dance with the changes….stay one with the sound.

Mumbling toward Marriage
