He has played throughout Houston with Paul English, Ken Ward, Dennis Dotson, Tom Cummings, Keith Vivens, Harry Sheppard, Bobby Lyle, Big Percussion ,Green Onions, and leads drum circles and percussion workshops.
After moving to Houston 22 years ago he opened the first specialty percussion/drum store in the Houston area. He is the founder of HPCustom Drums; which builds custom drumsets for drummers across the country. His HP Custom Drums manufacturing business has been featured in the Houston Chronicle.
