Album Notes

Enhanced CD with sound clips of other releases of Sandbox Trio + image artworks by Chuck Ehlis.

Original extemporized soundsculptures, mostly tribal rhythmic percussive tracks. Songs with a touch of African influence alternate with strange soundscapes. Absolutely recommendable for the curious ones among the audience.

well, that themesong kicks a lot of arse and so does sandboxtrio in this offering. like an orgasm pressed into a 5" cylndric disc and read optically through the use of laser technology, these fellows are tomorrow today! everytime i drive to work at the think tank, kurumba is crankin' through the extended cab. tracks 1 & 4 are reminiscent of a tight-lipped paul mccartny riff laced with a driving rhythm that hints of tower of power in their drug-induced hayday! rock on sandbox trio! you provide me with an almost respectable purpose.
