The album “Truth Is” has been designed as a healing journey through a passionate and joyful landscape of experiences. The songs reflect the many levels of truth and inspiration these artists see in human relationships; both with each other and the world around them.
SatyaKadambiiMela is a World/Folk music trio of three ladies from Australia singing and playing piano, guitar and cello. Satya, (Sophie Moleta) on piano and vocals, better known for her French album “Dive” and Trance Anthem “Love has come again” She says that “musical expression and song writing has always been a powerful healing for me and teaming up with Kadambii and Mela on this album has been the most beautiful sisterly experience... I hope that the songs will reach out and touch so many others”. Kadambii Barnao on acoustic guitar and lead vocals is a community singer songwriter influenced by the music and philosophies of first peoples of the world. She says of the album “the songs are for everyone because all people like to be free, feel great love and when standing under the stars know that they are a small part of something very big”. Mela (Melanie Robinson) on cello and vocals has a long history of performing, co-writing, arranging and recording with a wide range of artists in urban and remote parts of Australia, as well as writing her own music for cello and voice. In her experience, “songs are a way in which people of all cultures share truth, journeys, wisdom and feeling”.....
