I delicately removed the outer wrapping of this compact disc, placed it in my McIntosh MCD1000 CD Transport, entered my humador and selected a fine Cuban Trinidad from a box personally signed by Castro himself, then poured a Macallan into a cut crystal glass and sank into my Innova Massage Chair as I enjoyed the dulcet tones of Pete Scafidi. Seriously though, listening to this disc makes you feel as if you're living the lifestyle of the rich and famous, it's that good.

most of these songs i was fortunate enough to taste in the acoustic guitar room in the back of guitar center and mars music...hearing most of them when they were raw and un-composed. The evolution of these songs; their composition, measure, and depth make me feel lucky to have really experienced and artist and his work blossom into a finished product. He is a talented musician, a good friend, and an ispiration for all those who seek to plant, water, cultivate, and harvest their own musical dream and make them reality. Best wishes Peter!!!!

Pete Scafidi is adult pop rock. I cannot think of any other way to explain it. More contemporary pop than James Taylor on his best day, Scafidi makes smooth pop rock. A voice that has, as far as I can tell, few if any flaws, Scafidi croons over his acoustic guitar about love and life. It’s nothing groundbreaking, it’s nothing new, but there is a demographic that will appreciate it.
