ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This is an album that seems to belong to a different era, both in sound and concept...a time when albums mattered and every song was on there for a reason. When a decent record player and a good set of headphones were requirements for anyone really into music. When albums hardly ever lasted longer than about 45 minutes, unless it was for a very good reason. When getting to the bottom of an album meant listening to it, closely, more than once…or twice or three times or possibly even more than that.

In other words…1978 or so.

This is the first release for Scan Hopper’s newly-created independent label, Simplexity Records.
