Scattered Smothered & Covered – playing tunes since 1999. This ‘acoustic roots’ band from Richmond, Virginia draws its inspiration mainly from American musical traditions such as old-time, country blues, and bluegrass. The band also reaches into a wide range of other genres including western swing, classic rock and reggae. A handful of originals thrown in also helps to define their unique, good-time sound. On mandolin and vocals - Chris Hale, on acoustic guitar - Brett Edwards, on guitar and vocals - Kendall Harlan, and on upright bass - Ryan Davis.
