U.F.O. unidentified flying orchestra is a fascinating contemporary Jazz-avantarde-orchestra which unites 13 of the most creative and advanced musicians in Germany.
This large Ensemble was founded by the two Reedplayers and Composers Katrin Scherer and Sven Decker.
13 individuals create an explosive mixture between composed and improvised music.
The compositions of Katrin and Sven impress the spirit of our time, and are far away from the traditional jazz; just refreshing and authentic.
Progressive and contemporary Jazz between Rock and Free Jazz, played in an exceptional instrumentation.


The actual CD is published in Spring 2008 on GREEN DEER MUSIC (GDM 02)
