Barry Schwam, or Schwump as he is also known, has been making music in one form or another for almost 40 years. He has songs about aphids and apples, about toads and trees, cats and cakes! He writes from a fun and happy place inside himself that is the forever child. He will never grow up and be a grump! He is also the solo performer on most all of his albums and songs, overdubbing voices and music way into the night! He keeps his cat, Henry, awake way past his bedtime! Barry is also an actor, and has played Ebeneezer Scrooge four times! But is he anything like Mr. Scrooge? Naw, of course not! Some of the instuments you will hear on this CD include, the Autoharp, harmonica, kazoo, slide whistle, jews harp, wash tub bass, shaker eggs, keyboards, jars of pennies, tamborines, cymbals, drums, table tops and an occasional frog or two. Everybody who has heard this home-grown CD has turned smiley faced :) so be prepared!!!
