Album Notes

Once upon a time there was a singer songwriter named Bennett Hirschhorn who was tired of working long hours in the business world. So he bought a bunch of Wurlitzer electric pianos and flew to Knoxville where he recorded an album with ex-members of the bands Superdrag (Electra, ARRCO), the V-Roys (E-Squared), and the Windbreakers (DB).

The songs were observations Bennett made from the planets surface about love, chemistry, and wireless messaging with San Francisco as the backdrop.

"From the Planet's Surface," marks the launching off point for Sci-fi Lovestory's mission: To boldly go where no business man has gone before, power pop. The record was recorded and produced by Don Coffey Jr. of Superdrag at Studio 613 in Knoxville Tennessee.

Artists performing on the album: Mic Harrison, Don Coffey, Jr., Paxton Sellers, Tim Lee, Bennett Hirschhorn.
