Scott Ashby is a native of Southwestern Ontario, where he studied under Virginia Blaha of Brantford. He completed the Performer's A.R.C.T. from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto in 2002 after graduating from Bob Jones University (Greenville, SC) in 2001 with a degree in Music Education. He recently completed a M.Mus. in Church Music/Choral Conducting. He has taught piano, theory, and band. Scott and his wife, Leah, currently live in Burlington, ON.

When not conducting, teaching or studying, Scott enjoys daydreaming at the piano keyboard. Ivory Dreams is a sample of his musical journeys into the world of relaxation. Perfect dinner music that is also wonderful to play during times of work and study.
