Scream Elliott is a power trio from Québec City comprised of Normand Charest (guitar, vocals), Yanick Méthot (bass) and Daniel Santos (drums). The band came together in August 2003, but the guys ― all in their mid-twenties ― have been playing music together, intermittently, for almost ten years. The crunching guitar, thundering bass and powerful drums form a barrage of sound against which the softer and more melodious vocals offer an impressive contrast.
The band is at its best on stage, instantly and seamlessly communicating with one another amid their loud, yet melodic brand of music, performing with a rhythmic intensity that comes at you like a shotgun.

Scream Elliott est un power trio de Québec composé de Normand Charest (guitare, voix), Yanick Méthot (basse) et Daniel Santos (batterie). La formation actuelle vit le jour en septembre 2003, mais les membres jouent de la musique ensemble de façon intermittente depuis maintenant près de dix ans. La guitare aussi puissante que la basse égale la batterie qui n’en finit plus de défoncer des décibels donnant un contraste fulgurant avec la voix plus douce et mélodieuse. C’est avec plusieurs années d’expériences que ce trio communique instantanément mélangeant mélodies et tapage submergé de contre-temps.
