I realized shortly after I moved to San Diego in 1999 that this city has more than it's share of great musicians. Today, I consider myself very lucky to be playing music in this beautiful city, and to share the stage with many of these players. I hope you will enjoy these folks as much as I have enjoyed putting their music together on this CD.

Because of the success of this first Essential San Diego recording, I have also been able to make more. ESD Blues is now available on CD Baby and ESD Salsa should be ready by the end of 2003.
