Album Notes

The Seaspiders is an uplifting electric/acoustic band featuring great songs filled with rich vocal harmonies, solid grooves (sometimes bordering latin) and an array of exotic instruments from the oud, laud to mandolin percolating within the tracks. Imagine an exotic Badfinger. The Seaspider\'s lyrics are insightful, heartfelt, thought provoking and layered with subtle understatement. (Beautifully displayed in full color package).
The songs are co-written by Michael Amitin and Marty Eldridge, musicians who\'ve shared over thirty years of joy-filled song together. Michael plays guitars, keys and sings backgrounds, while Marty handles the lead vocals. D\'Artagnon Poe, bassist supreme, supplies a deft melodic and rhytmic touch that lays at the heart of this journey.
Also featured on the tracks are great players the likes of Walfredo Reyes (Santana, David Lindley) Joe Craven (Jerry Garcia, David Grisman) and Marty Walsh (John Fogerty, Leanne Rimes).

\"This album really percolates with energy and soul\"

\"Of all the albums I\'ve worked on from Charlie Sexton to Van Dyke Parks- this is my wife\'s favorite and certainly one of mine\"

\"This album is a rare jewel\"
