Jonathan's first solo record after years of bands. darker and more reflective than the previous Jack And Jill records, obviously influenced by the company kept while touring with Sparklehorse. Soulful and melodic guitar and violin work, mixtures of drums

I like it - there's some heartfelt songs
author: Diana Gosciminski
I've seen this chap on Youtube and liked what I've heard. Perfect Ears has this tension of shyness and frustration while Wonder Woman reminds me of my youth sitting before the TV every Saturday. I enjoy it's quirkiness, and sometimes dark lyrics. The instruments and femail vocals used add a nice touch. If you like alternative rock, then I recommend this CD.
