Album Notes

Seldom Seen, your All-American guy with a little bad boy in him, creates radio-driven songs that capture widespread audiences, without being considered a gimmicky white rapper. By meshing his comical and witty rhyme schemes, he cleverly describes the life of a twenty something year old male on the prowl. Hip-Hop is all about being authentic. Seldom has fun with the music, staying true to himself.

Internationally Seldom, opened for multi-platinum artists B2K and Akon in Munich, Germany. He co-wrote the song Sweat Tonight (Shake it baby) which was marketed as the theme for the Munich-based fitness Company Flexi Sports official fitness routine music mix, performing at several fitness conventions throughout Germany to promote the song. He interviewed on radio stations in Munich Germany, a handful of college radio stations and also WBLI & Party 105 on Long Island. Seldom gained sponsorship from Germanys K1X clothing line while touring in Europe and also co-wrote Bring it On, which appears on X-Box and Playstations "Narc" video game.

Sel Sizzle has written several intros to Astra’s After Dark show on Long Islands WBLI. His party starter "All Day Baby" has sold roughly 5,000-6,000 copies worldwide and the albums feature track "Stilettos" is quickly gaining attention. Prior to his international tour, Seldom released the hit single "Lemme Hit That", produced by Pete “Jazdout” Weis of GNX Music which was featured on the series finale of MTVs Undressed. His target audience continues to be MTVs high school & college set, & Seldom has been showcased at tri-state area Colleges, day camps and nightclubs like Time Squares Show Nightclub, Mulcahys as the opening act for Northern State and The Miss Venus swimsuit pageant, which he hosted along with Miss New York Jaclyn Nesheiwat. He has also been featured on select dates of the Camplified tour in New York and New Jersey and performed New Years Eve hosted by Ed Lover.

Seldom has created a catalogue of songs designed to include feelings, thoughts, current events and first hand experiences from everyday life in the suburbs. He remains true to himself while providing listeners with a fresh, fun “Hip-Hop” / “Pop” sound. He is extremely marketable, an easy sell, image and material wise, with his winning stage presence and humorous lyrics. His Debut album “Gotta Be Seen” which features production from Pete “Jazdout” Weis of GNX Music & Phire Beats, and catchy collaborations with Miss. Renée Stakey is set to be released April 2007.

Seldom Seen takes pop/hip-hop to a whole different level with his cd, gotta be seen. His lyrics are unique and creative, flow is perfect, and his voice is impressive. Not your typical "white boy rap" at all. DEFINITELY GO OUT AND BUY THIS!
