Annie Sellick ranks among the top female jazz vocalists of today, including Jane Monheit, Diana Krall and Dee Dee Bridgewater ... need I say more?  Nothing else that I could add would adequately convey the magnificence of her voice as well as just listening to this CD.

Jazz vocals in the standard tradition tell a story over a swinging piano trio; a young woman with an audible old soul. You don't often hear someone so young making such a strong case for themselves in the world of jazz.  A caring and boppin' look at traditional jazz songs.  You can tell she LOVES the music. You will too.
