Nha Vitória is a special album – a triumphant celebration, marking a new beginning for the artist Gil Semedo.

With records sales reaching 500,000 copies worldwide, Gil stands as African Lusophone’s most successful young artist ever. As proof, one only needs to look at the 100,000 fans that packed the arena and jammed the streets of Praia for his performance at 2004 Gamboa Festival in Cape Verde.
