Live Romance is the debut album of up-and-coming band Sera del Fuego. Recorded in San Diego at Black Box Recording Studios, it is a darkly sweet combination of two very different worlds. It retains the encompassing and shimmering sound that only the West Coast could produce: the largeness, the dancing and the sun that radiates within California. At the same time, its content explores the terrifying beauty within disenchantment. The harshness of the moon and the whisper of dreams tango in a way that only the East Coast could inspire so perfectly. A strong and diverse first step for a band headed towards an interesting, and perhaps incredible, future.
