Album Notes
This concert was recorded during the Lille Piano Festival, tribute to Franz Liszt.
I was invited because first my work around Chopin (Jazz'in Chopin) and because they wanted a Jazz point of view
I was honored and pleased by this proposition because Franz Liszt is one of my favorite composer
I didn't have much time so I decided to focus on 3 pieces : Study in F minor, La Campanela and Rêve D'Amour...
I decided to play one or two Chopin's pieces and of course some Jazz Standarts
I like this concert because it was both improvised and prepared, the audience was very focus on the music and the piano well prepared !
So i decided to share it with you and I hope you'll enjoy it...
