Seven Eleven sound-engineer Edwin recorded the band’s concert at Fête de l’Humanité in Paris direct from the mixing console. So here it is on CD, starting with a funky up-tempo live arrangement of Dodge's 'Funky Anarchist' followed by slammin' performances of 'Jerky', 'Grandpa Dogg', 'Cakewatchers' and 'Hot 'n' funky'. The funk show ends on a high energy level with 'Heavy down' and the Seven Eleven classic: 'Gimme the funk'. Vive la Funk! 'LIVE IN PARIS' IN SOUL PATROL TOP 10 OF BEST FUNK RELEASES The well respected Bob Davis (SOUL-PATROL.COM) regarded Seven Eleven’s album “Live in Paris” as one of the best funk releases in 2006.
