Early Dylan tunes both well known and obscure, with unique arrangements and styles. Everything from a Reggae intro for "Don't Think Twice" to hot fiddle solos on "Leopardskin Pillbox Hat". This tribute seeks to rediscover Dylan's melodic and lyric genius from the early 60s and a few tunes from the early 70s.
The SFUZZI East/West project, a collaboration of American and Italian musicians, is cooking up new flavors for classic and original material. SFUZZI is an American groove concept with Euro Jazz influence.

A great CD
author: Vincenzo Oliva
For whom loves Dylan covers, this is a must to have. The highlights: As I Went Out One Morning (sounds far better than ever); To Ramona (wonderful as ever); If You See Her Say Hello. There are also some nice surprises with some obscure tunes (Buckets Of rain). I think that here are some of the best Dylan covers of every time with a great voice and a pleasant country-jazzy flavour. As a Dylan-covers completist, I would highly recommend this CD and the others Sfuzzi works.

This album delivers on the liner note's promise of adding a "unique flavor" to these Dylan classics, as a result of the mix of styles and instrumentation utilized: classical and jazz guitar, hints of bluegrass and reggae, and more.
Highly recommended.
