Shadow Drop has transformed into one of the fastest-growing heavy rock act in Southern California (San Diego, CA). In a time where bands change members like socks, Shadow Drop has blazed a long trail in the music business while preserving the brotherhood of the same four members. They will be hitting every possible big city and small town spreading their music and message to the masses. Arbitrary, the debut album, is nothing short of a masterpiece and engages the listener in a game of auditory manipulation. Ranging from moody musical movements like in the song "We Ignore" to the welcomed cataclysmic catastrophe in "Buried Alive," it is obvious that Shadow Drop knows how to create powerful music that catches the attention of many. Produced by Dean Cooper (Hollywood Music, Inc.) and Shadow Drop, mixed and mastered by Logan Mader (Soulfly, Machine Head, Film Composer), the tracks on the album flow together seamlessly and unfurl like their live show. Shadow Drop performs like a machine and it is evident that their synergy resides within their recordings as well. Shadow Drop's new release Arbitrary, is a preamble to a long, climbing career in moving, influential rock music.     A F#*kin' kick ass CD. These guys are tight musically. They have an intense edge, and they rock hard while maintaining a melodic groove. No BS. If you've heard them you know.

    Its like McDonalds, Im lovin it(sans the gastric problems)! This cd is awesome, it makes me happy to know that SOMEONE is still playing heavy metal the way it was meant to be played. For those of you looking to find a song about "crawling in your skin" or "SHUT UP WHEN IM TALKING TO YOU" go elsewhere. This is pure, unadulterated straight up metal. If this cd had a vagina, I could very well die a happy man.
