Album Notes

Shakedown in one form or another has been together since the mid 90's. They have released 4 full length records: "Walk the Plank", "Down For Always","Call It What You Want" (available here and on itunes.com) and now "NEW SOUND DELIVERY" (which is also AVAILABLE AT ITUNES.COM). The Current form of Shakedown is Mikey on DRUMS, Garrett on BASS, Mark on GUITAR and VOCALS, Bles also on VOCALS, The Quiz on SAX, Mr. Vibe on TURNTABLES, and A.J. on KEYS and PRODUCTION. "New Sound Delivery" has more of a hip hop influence than the previous three records. Known for their energetic and consistantly good live performances Shakedown has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with such acts as Filibuster, Long Beach Short Bus, Slightly Stoopid, Papa Roach, Fishbone, UB40, and Pepper just to name a few. The Band signed with Indie record label Root One Music in 2003 and NEW SOUND DELIVERY is the second record the band has done with Root One. We think the music speaks for itself. Check it out.
