Album Notes

ShankBone has been around since we were in seventh grade (2004) at Washington Middle School. We made two full length rap albums during 7th and 8th grade that both sold a few hundred copies throughout the school. Our third album came out during our first year of high school and did just as well. After this album, ShankBone left the scene for almost two years. Two years later ShankBone came out with "Pumpernickle," an album that by far topped all the rest and got ShankBone recognized throughout Seattle. The CD quickly spread and got written about in 4 different high school newspapers. ShankBone just released their best album to date. This new CD is self titled because it is the first CD that is made up of solely original music. There is not a single musical sample used on this album. Hard copies have been selling fast during these first few weeks of release and soon they will be out of print so contact us if you need one. They will soon be selling at most record stores in Seattle. The CD will be up on itunes soon so lookout for it.
