Shelley is a children's songwriter, accomplished pianist, violinist, Montessori teacher, and pancake flipping mother of four! She speaks at conferences around the world promoting the power of music and education for young children. Her beautiful music inspires the child, supports the teacher and assists the parents in teaching the basics to little ears.

Montessori Minute Melodies
I don't really know anything about Montessori, but this is the greatest CD for teaching my kids so many things they need to know in school. The music is so sweet and appealing that all of my children (ages 3 to 8)want to listen to it again and again. I love it too. My favourite thing about the songs is the confidince-building messages contained in many of them. The inventions song is especially empowering with a chorus encouraging kids to keep trying.

As Good as Raffi!!
We love this CD!! We've never been huge fans of most kids music becuase it's usually so dumb. But we love Raffi and we LOVE this CD. We could listen to it 1,000 times, even the parents!!

Montessori Minute Melodies
As a mother and a teacher I truly love this cd. The songs not only have a learning component but are very uplifting.
It is pretty impressive when your 4 year old can recite the provinces of Canada and the 50 states after listening to the cd for only a few weeks.
I have also used this cd in my preschool/kindergarten class with great success.
The children particularly enjoy the Universe song which we they refer to as the song that makes their heart warm.
This cd is a must have for home and school.

fun and catchy
We all love these fun catchy songs. Right away the kids were memorizing the provinces, and names of planets. The music varies from song to song and has great melodies!
