When an artist truly has something to say, others easily recognize it. This is the case with the most recent collection of songs by Dan Sheridan on his new release, Recycle.

Never resorting to shock value or falling back on time worn cliches, the beauty of Sheridan's work lies in the longing and detachment of his characters in these pastoral landscapes.

Dan is undoubtedly a master at smacking you upside the head and saying,"Hey! That's what you're thinking!" Although many of us 'Sheridan fans' recognize this material, you know, it's always a pleasure for someone to kick our sensibilities and remind us of who we are. This CD does a great job of connecting with our own beliefs! Thank You Dan, for waking us up! I know anyone else who listens will be awake too!

Award-winning songwriter, Dan Sheridan, is back again to wow us with another heart-rending album of Americana-enriched Folk rock that resonates with insightful lyrics, stirring harmonies and rhythms that feel as natural as the wind. His smoky, slightly-rough voice gives the songs an edge that catch upon the sleeve and his knack for evocative storytelling rivals that of James Taylor and Neil Young. If you're not already familiar with Dan, one of CD Baby's favorite folk artists, here's another chance- and you don't want to miss it.
