Album Notes

This album, which features original songs by Don Gnecco, conveys powerful and inspirational messages of love, hope, and encouragement in a way that only Sherry Allen's naturally uplifting voice can.

A native of Kennebunk, Maine, Sherry Allen has been involved with music for most of her life. She frequently solos at weddings and is active in the music ministry at her church. Earlier in her career, Sherry toured extensively with Continental Ministries and was also a member of the New Horizons Quartet. She has recorded two other albums featuring songs by Don Gnecco, Castles (1995) and Sending Love at Christmas Time (2003).

Don Gnecco, also of Kennebunk, is a public school leader and university professor. His inspirational and award-winning compositions have been performed at weddings, graduations, and in schools and churches across the country. During its summer European concert tour, Chorus North Shore (Rockport, Massachusetts) performed concerts in Graz and Salzburg, Austria, in Venice, Italy, and in Ljubljana, Slovenia; "Touch the World" was selected as part of the repertoire for this concert series.
