I have a recurring problem-stabbling pains in my intestines, nausea, fever and shortness of breath.  Finally, after the last episode and another miserable night, I listened to the MediSounds CD. It relaxed me to a point where I slept through the playing of the CD and then I went upstairs and slept for another three hours. When I awoke the stabbing pains and fever were gone. I was still very sore, but I had a much quicker recovery from the acute phase then usual, which I credit to the relaxation I got from listening to the MediSounds CD.
