Go Too Far....from Germany?

Discovered CD Baby this week while looking for some fine surf music from the Vara-Tones and found this CD from The Sidemen too. I kept on listening to this CD over and over because all of these tunes were really sounding great to me. While listening to the Sidemen I found out this is a German group! Never knew my neighbours could play surfmusic like this. I'm gonna buy a copy and hope CD Baby will ship the CD back to Europe as soon as possible!

I was enjoying the music from their my space page, I thought I would get the CD. i play it at work and I'm showing to my co-workers hoping they will also get a copy. Great stuff guys! Keep them coming!

If you have to buy one instrumental cd, this is the one! On a scale of 1-10, this is a definite 10+. Songs like Havanna, Peligro, Night Boat, Jamboo!,oh hell they're all great. There's only six cover songs, and these too are terrific. The Eddie Angel (Los Straitjackets) The Brawl has a Link Wray feel (that's another compliment). Now quit reading this and order a copy.

Easily one of the best new releases in the surf/instro world in some time. Superb musicianship, highly original tunes, lots of energy, offering a variety of styles and tempos, moving easily from darkness to light, and yet true to the genre throughout. Especially recommended to folks who are new to surf/instro or just curious about what it has to offer.
