Lo-fi roots music invoked by the ghost of Joshua Moses, the kind of thing that happens when you camp out hobo-style in a Civil War battlefield with nothin' but a couple of potatoes, cough syrup, and little stash of hash.

Album Notes

Joshua Moses' Din and Danger is a collaboration between Eric Siegel and Liam Warfield (aka Liam Idiot). And a third collaborator in the form of one Joshua Moses, deceased. Liam and Eric credit the ghost of Mr. Moses with the songs on this CD, and the recordings do have a somewhat haunting flavor. They also consider this to be a collection of "country" songs, but it's not the kind of country that most people talk about. Songs from a rural, dustbowl kind of country. Where potato bugs listen intently as Eric and Liam sip whiskey sours in Joshua's name.

This CD is great companion to Liam's previous EP Refusing To Get Dressed.
