Album Notes

Before moving to Austin, from New York City in the mid 1990s, Sissy Siero, Soozie Tyrell [Bruce Springsteen Band] and Joan Osborne formed a band whose fans included Bruce Springsteen.
" I just loved that song 'Truer Love '. Wish I had written it". - Bruce Springsteen

Sissy joined Joan Osborne's national tour, last fall, as a member of her band, and as the support act. She established herself, with Osborne's fans, as a powerful performing songwriter; selling out her debut CD "Nectar", at the most prestigious theatre venues nation-wide.

" Every song is so thoughtful and well crafted. 'In This Town', is such a great synthesis of pop and
praise." - Joan Osborne

Recently she's been flying back and forth to Nashville to collaborate with hit country writers there; exciting things happening there! Also a Voice Actor she's been branching out into the commerical market; making a name for herself in Austin -- next the world!
What's in store for 2004: Sissy is working on getting her tracks together for a long awaited genre-blasting new CD!

More of What Other People Have To Say:
" Few solo performers can make an audience feel like they're listening to a band. Siero releases her arsenal of incredible melodies...stunning vocals."-Westside Spirit, NYC

"Sissy extends the borders of the singer/songwriter genre with her fresh sound. Indian instruments, solid grooves, vivid imagery, hooky choruses..." - Downtown, NYC

"Brilliant, stunning... the production, songwriting, and performances should set the standard of the way music coming out of Austin should sound." - Betty Elders
