The Sierra Revival Project is the music of Scott Mathes. Scott is a singer/songwriter/guitarist who currently resides in the Cascade Mountain Range in Northwest Oregon. Scott is a Missouri native who became a Californian in the early 1980’s and then an Oregonian in 2006. His original music and style speaks to people across generations and cultures. Scott's eclectic, folk/progressive style is engaging, honest and majestic.
Human Terrain was made possible through a collaboration with producer and performer Robert Berry. Robert’s skill at bringing out the best in Scott’s music as well as his excellence as a musician and producer helped to make possible this outstanding debut album. There is much more music yet to come from Scott Mathes and the Sierra Revival Project. And - may the Great Spirit guide you safely back home!
