sifu stephen doe is a guitarist/composer/arranger from manchester new hampshire. i have been playing music since i was 5 and a profesional musician since i was 15. i have recorded 2 discs on my own indipendently. i also do all of my tracks. drums, bass, keyboards,vocals, and ofcourse guitar. classicaly trained on guitar and composition, i write in a variety of styles. such as jazz, classical, rock, blues, funk. so my style is very progressive. i do not limit myself in a signature stlye writing wise. as you will hear i am in the class of shredder. although i personaly do not like to use the term because for me it represents an already established idea about what to expect. my soloing influences are everyone from holdsworth, dimeola, to jason becker, vai, to segovia and stevie ray vaughn. i love to solo but with a melodic flavor. but i can rip it with the very best.
