A unique blend of music which combines traditional Eastern & Western cultures. This distinguishing insignia is the mark that SIGNIA will leave on the hearts of people across the globe.

Originating in the hearts of two individuals, LV and san-J, SIGNIA was established in 2001 as the realization of a dream to communicate and express their passionate message in the form of music which transcends international barriers and can reach the souls of the entire world.

"Fusing eastern and western cultures through music is a way to reach the youth of today, a generation that has been raised in societies either influenced by the west, or those living in the west but caught between western social norms and traditional eastern roots." The latter is where LV and san-J found themselves while growing up. Music was their ticket to connect them with their Indian culture and give them an association to their heritage. The cultural combination, that has shaped the two entertainers into who they are today, is expressed in their music. Their musical influences are diverse and include a wide range of artists from both the western and eastern world. This world of fusion and amalgamation is what LV and san-J call "the world of Signia", and the name of their debut album says it all, this "world" is ...yours for the talking.

Thus, Signia is not just bhangra music it is a combination of all things Indian, Eastern, Western and moreover all things which are LV and san-J!
