Silouetes

Great combination of both funky rap vocals and more catchy sung Pop tunes. Uptempo and heavier, positive and deep. 11 tracks from the new Dutch Rap/R&B group with some nice hooks and lyrics. Cool vibes and quality.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
When Joshua Hones (Los Angeles, 1985) and Bram Sterke (Tilburg, 1984) met each other on the bus with which they drove to the city center everyday, they couldn't have expected that right now they would be placing posters in that same bus to promote their album 'Silouetes'. This is quite typical for this new Rap/R&B group as they managed to do almost everything themselves from writing to promoting.

Together with musician and friend Tom Verboven, they wrote and recorded about every week during 2005 in his homestudio. On this selftitled album, the group combines the complex lyrics of Joshua with more rythmic music and catchy melodies.

In january 2006 they figured it was time for the release and they decided to make the investment to have it properly mastered and pressed. The audio quality is suprisingly high and the album is a complete package with own artwork on a full color booklet and inlay. Nice funky music with some great rap vocals and melodies.

Note from the group:
- Considering the inevitable shipping tarifs, we decided to keep the price as low as possible without us losing money!
