Silvia Fleming’s new vocal Christmas CD, “Love for Christmas,” features 11 beautiful Christmas songs written by Carole King, Carole Bayer Sager, David Foster, Frank Loesser, Benita Hill, just to name a few. There are also two original Christmas songs written by her friends, Tim Hayden and Larry Holder.
Silvia collaborated once again with Tim Hayden who also served as her music arranger and producer. Her first collaboration with Tim dates back to 1999, when Tim arranged and produced four tracks for Silvia's first Christmas CD, "One Amazing Night." Tim is among the finest musicians/composers/arrangers/producers in Nashville. Silvia was also very fortunate to have three guest musicians appear on her CD: Jeff Cox (bass), Paul Brannon (guitar) and Sam Levine (alto sax). These gentlemen are among the top jazz and studio musicians in the country.
Craig Long of Paradise Studios served as Silvia's recording engineer. He also arranged and produced the track to “More Than a Child,” written by Larry Holder.
This is Silvia's third CD.
