hi i'm jeremy!
i don't feel like writing in 3rd person and really talking myself up right now. i just have a few short things to say, then you can read that 3rd person perspective written by this 1st person perspectivator! ;)
i love to write music and words that sometimes end up with that music. i write what's on my heart and what i've been thinking about. sometimes it's reactionary. sometimes it's working through things. sometimes it's just a prayer. i know i've enjoyed making these songs and recordings. i'm fairly confident you will too and find them quality. if anything, just click on each track for a listen before you go on your merry way.

p.s. now that 3rd person deal...
Jeremy, now in his mid-20s, has been writing music since elementary school. It started out as the undisciplined doodling instead of practicing for piano lessons. In his early teens this proceeded to writing electronic music ranging from techno to electronica to industrial to rock (and even some cheesy video game music). Then in 9th grade he picked up guitar which became his favorite musical device. Since then he has performed in a broad range of musical settings including: alternative 90s rock bands, as a solo acoustic artist, various college worship teams, and an energetic indie rock band. Lately he's taken his focus to the acoustic realm as a singer-songwriting, still providing quality songs, unconventional lyrics, and melodies that his friends want to sing along with. He brings an accessible set of tunes to the table. You can relax and enjoy, but also take something home to think about.

Music with depth...
author: Sarah Fred
True to its description, Progress does not swear allegiance to any one musical style, nor does it ever sound like Jeremy is trying to imitate another band's style. Progress sounds unique and real--its sounds like every note was thought out and has a deeper meaning.

Amazing CD!

What a wonderful set of songs to listen to! Make my Heart is my personal favorite. It's my daughter's favorite too! The music is just awesome to listen to...and the lyrics are even better! IF you don't have it, you should get it! Or if you do and you like it, buy it for somebody else!
