Album Notes

Although Simon Stinger (circa 1997-2005) is no longer performing, their music is still going strong on television and film and in the Ipods of many who love fun, sexy, danceable tracks. The duo of Alicia Perrone & Victor James went on to become "Fans of Jimmy Century" an exciting alternative dance group heard recently in The L Word, Ugly Betty, and Samantha Who. TOURDATES.com says "With furious anthems and devilish newer wave hooks comparable to Blondie but with a harder edge, the members of the female-led Simon Stinger show off contagious tunes on the CD "Private Collection" with a danceable toughsexy 90's beat. Fresh and fierce on stage with the sexiest delivery in San Francisco, this band's music, along with their vivacious modern-day salty Mae West appearance is a perfect fit into the film music industry."

CIRCUS MAGAZINE says "...they know what they're doing...pure lo-fi electricity enveloped in big fun cheesy guitars and the 3-minute perfect pop song recipe." [This message has been edited by Stinger (edited May 07, 1999).]
