Album Notes

Topo is a collection of instrumental pieces dedicated primarily to the environments and history of the West. Scott and his family lived for many years on the Great Plains of Nebraska and in the Black Hills of South Dakota. These selections, composed primarily on the guitar, reflect their love for those regions and that history.
The Simpson family now divide their time between Canyon, in the panhandle of Texas, and the Sangre De Cristo mountain range of New Mexico, where Scott directs a Christian Youth Camp.

REVIEWS

author: Debby Lynn
I enjoy this cd so much that when I took other discs out of my car, I left only this one in. It is soothing and comforting while I fight daily schedules and traffic. (Of course, I have a copy for the house, too.) My mind can soak in the music while enjoying my own thoughts. The songs have good variety while maintaining an overall theme. The music is original and different and a favorite for our family.
